Job Description

Metriqe Solutions is looking for experienced and dynamic finance & accounting professionals to join our growing team. We are hiring for multiple leadership positions ranging from Team lead to senior manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead finance & accounting operations across Record to Report (R2R), Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Manage month-end close and financial close activities within defined timelines.
• Review and analyse Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and Balance Sheets.
• Drive Financial Reporting, Business Analysis and Management Reporting.
• Lead, mentor and manage teams to ensure high performance and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and manage key operational metrics, including attrition, shrinkage, productivity and team performance.
• Ensure adherence to process controls, governance and compliance requirements.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders and ensure effective communication and service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence across finance processes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 8 to 18+ years of experience in finance & accounting.
• Strong experience in R2R, AP and AR.
• Strong knowledge of month-end close, financial close, P&L and balance sheet analysis.
• Experience in Financial Reporting and Business Analysis.
• Proven experience in team handling and people management.
• Experience managing operational metrics such as attrition, shrinkage and productivity.
• Strong stakeholder management and client interaction and communication skills.
• Ability to drive process improvements and operational excellence.
