1. Formulation Development
Designation: Trainee / Officer / Sr. Officer

• Development of insecticide, fungicide, herbicide, and pheromone formulations.
• Formulation trials, product development, and process optimization.

2. Analytical Development
Designation: Trainee / Officer / Sr. Officer

• Method development & validation.
• Stability studies and sample analysis.
• Specification/STP preparation and product testing.

3. Manufacturing Plant

Supervisors

• Production and packaging operations.
• Process monitoring and documentation.
• Coordination with QA, QC, and Warehouse teams.

Machine Operators

• Operation of manufacturing and packaging equipment.
• Filling, labeling, printing, and packing activities.
• Compliance with safety and quality standards.
