Experience: 15+ Years (Proven experience in both commercial and residential projects)

Ability to independently lead and manage two projects.

Qualification: BE/ Diploma (Civil)

Job Summary:Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering real estate construction projects within the approved budget, timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements. The role involves managing project teams, contractors, consultants, vendors, and client coordination from project initiation through completion and handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of residential and/or commercial real estate projects.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and execution strategies.
• Monitor construction progress, project milestones, and overall project timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and project management consultants.
• Supervise civil, structural, finishing, and MEP works to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Manage contracts, procurement, material planning, and subcontractor performance.
• Monitor project costs, cash flows, billing, and budget variations.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, statutory requirements, and safety standards.
• Conduct regular site reviews, progress meetings, and management reporting.
• Resolve site-level technical and execution issues.
• Manage testing, commissioning, snagging, and final project handover.
