Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Power Automate Desktop (PAD).
• Automate repetitive business processes across desktop and web applications.
• Create, test, deploy, and maintain automation workflows.
• Integrate PAD solutions with Power Automate Cloud Flows and other Microsoft technologies.
• Analyze business requirements and identify automation opportunities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing automation processes.
• Ensure adherence to automation best practices, security standards, and governance guidelines.
• Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver automation solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Power Automate Desktop (PAD).
• Experience with Power Automate Cloud Flows.
• RPA process design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Integration with Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, SAP, Web Applications, and legacy systems.
• Exception handling, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Understanding of automation governance and best practices.
