Hiring - Plant HR Executive -Hosur, Tamil Nadu

Manage and execute day-to-day HR operations at the Hosur manufacturing plant, ensuring effective manpower deployment, employee relations, statutory compliance, attendance and payroll coordination, recruitment, employee engagement, and adherence to company policies and applicable labour laws.

The role will act as a key HR representative at the plant, supporting production and other functional departments to maintain a disciplined, productive, compliant, and employee-friendly work environment.

Key Responsibilities

A. Manpower Planning and Recruitment

• Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, stores, and other departments to assess manpower requirements.
• Support recruitment and selection of workmen, technicians, staff, trainees, and contract manpower.
• Coordinate interviews, joining formalities, documentation, background verification, and induction.
• Maintain manpower budgets, sanctioned strength, vacancy reports, and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with staffing agencies and contractors for timely deployment of manpower.

B. HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle

• Manage employee joining, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, separation, and full-and-final settlement coordination.
• Maintain employee master data, personnel files, attendance records, and HR documentation.
• Administer leave, shift allocation records, overtime records, and attendance regularisation.
• Ensure timely issuance of appointment letters, employee ID cards, and other employment-related documents.
• Maintain HR MIS and periodic reports on headcount, absenteeism, attrition, overtime, and manpower cost.

C. Attendance, Payroll and Compensation Coordination

• Monitor daily attendance, absenteeism, late coming, shift attendance, and overtime.
• Coordinate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
• Validate attendance inputs, leave balances, overtime, incentives, and other payroll-related data.
• Address employee queries relating to salary, deductions, benefits, and attendance.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee compensation records.
