• Ability to leverage AI tools for learning, research, troubleshooting, test scripting assistance, reporting, and day-to-day productivity.
• Demonstrates sound engineering judgment and is able to review and validate AI-generated outputs before applying them.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, maintain and execute performance test scripts
• Perform load, stress, endurance and volume testing
• Analyse test results and identify performance bottlenecks
• Produce meaningful performance reports and recommendations
• Work closely with development teams during issue investigation and remediation
• Track findings through validation and re-validation cycles
• Communicate risks, blockers and observations in a timely manner
