Role & responsibilities

1+ years OF EXPERIENCE

Key Responsibilities

• Knowledge of painting processes, surface preparation, and quality standards.
• Monitor paint quality, thickness, colour matching, and finish quality.
• Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and safety practices.
• Maintain production reports, rejection reports, and shift records.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Knowledge of painting processes, surface preparation, and quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Diploma/ BE Mechanical
• Experience: 2+ years in Paintshop Supervisor (industrial/manufacturing preferred).
• Soft Skills: Problem-solving, attention to detail, teamwork, and communication.
