Lenskart is hiring Optometrists across North East India.

We are looking for passionate and customer-focused Optometrists to join our Retail Optometry & Eye Care team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct eye examinations and vision assessments.
• Perform accurate refraction and eye testing.
• Provide appropriate eyewear and lens recommendations.
• Ensure accurate and quality eye examinations.
• Explain eye-test results and recommendations to customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service and customer experience.
• Maintain required customer and clinical records.
• Follow company optometry protocols and processes.
• Support store operations and business objectives.

Candidate Requirements:

• B.Optom / Diploma in Optometry / M.Optom.
• 05+ years of experience in Optometry.
• Strong knowledge of refraction and eye testing.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Retail optometry experience preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Passion for eye care and customer service.
