Eligibility

• BSc Nursing / GNM / DGNM candidates

• Review patient medical records and clinical documentation..
• Understand and apply medical coding guidelines and client-specific requirements.
• Review diagnoses, procedures, treatments and clinical notes for coding.
• Maintain high standards of coding accuracy, quality and productivity.
• Identify missing or inconsistent clinical information.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow healthcare data privacy requirements.
• Participate in training, assessments and quality audits.

• Strong understanding of Medical Terminology
• Basic knowledge of diseases, treatments and procedures
• Good analytical and interpretation skills
• Good English communication skills

• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to work in a healthcare/IT environment
