Job Summary

We are looking for experienced International Sales / NRI Sales professionals to drive residential real estate sales among NRI and international clients. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling HNI/NRI customers, international leads, property sales, and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and convert NRI / International / HNI customer leads into residential property sales.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to site visit, negotiation, booking, and closure.
• Conduct sales presentations and property walkthroughs through phone calls, video calls, WhatsApp, and online meetings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with NRI clients and international investors.
• Follow up with leads generated through digital campaigns, referrals, expos, channel partners, and other sources.
• Coordinate with Presales, CRM, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Project teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
• Participate in international property expos / NRI events / roadshows as required.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, bookings, and revenue through CRM.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop a strong NRI customer network.
• Handle negotiations and resolve customer queries related to pricing, payment plans, documentation, and project details.
• Build long-term relationships with existing customers for referrals and repeat business.
• Stay updated on project specifications, pricing, payment plans, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Candidate Requirements

• 3–10 years of experience in International Sales / NRI Sales / HNI Sales / Overseas Sales.
• Real Estate industry experience is mandatory/preferred.
• Experience in selling residential real estate projects to NRI / international customers.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle customers across different countries and time zones.
• Experience in handling international leads and virtual sales closures.
• Willingness to travel internationally for property expos / roadshows, if required.
• Target-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
• Languages: English mandatory; additional languages such as Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, etc. will be an advantage.
