About this role
Hiring: NPD Quality Manager Fasteners
Location: Gurugram
Experience: 8+ Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
Job Requirements:
- Must have experience in the Fasteners industry.
- Candidates must be currently working with a Fastener Manufacturing Company.
- Strong experience in New Product Development (NPD) Quality and quality assurance processes.
- Knowledge of quality standards, inspection procedures, product validation, and manufacturing quality systems.
- Experience in handling quality issues, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and continuous improvement.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams for new product development and successful product launches.
Important Eligibility Criteria:
Only candidates from Fastener Manufacturing Companies will be considered. Candidates from other industries are not eligible.
