Role & responsibilities:

• Identify trends and insights
• Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. Create a campaign strategy. Identify the proper targeting methods. Prepare ad content and creatives. Set up landing pages. Optimize campaign performance.
• Manage an organization's website and maintain it, keeping best practices in mind
• Optimize content for the website and social media platforms
• Work with various content formats such as blogs, videos, audio podcasts, etc.
• Implement and analyze performance metrics
• Measure and assess goals vis--vis ROI
• Device experiments and conversion tests
• Provide internal reports on a regular basis
• Execute new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms
• Must have experience in analyzing Google ad campaign requirements.
• Innovate ways to sell and promote products through viral/referral marketing, social media, and influencer marketing campaigns.
• Experience creating and driving impactful PPC and Facebook ad campaigns and landing pages that can achieve high CTR and conversion rates.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Proven experience in digital marketing methods like SEM and social media marketing and email marketing.
• Must be an expert at managing Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, and Analytics (Google certified preferred).
• Above everything, passion to update with the latest internet marketing and traffic generation trends & best practices.
• Excellent written, verbal and email communication skills.
