Hiring New Product Development Manager For Manufacturing Unit

We're seeking an experienced New Product Development Manager to lead our furniture product innovation, driving growth and competitiveness. The role will develop innovative products, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure market success.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop new furniture products and designs
• Ensure product quality, functionality, and aesthetics
• Manage product development teams
• Foster collaboration and innovation
• Work with design, manufacturing, marketing, and sales teams
• Ensure product feasibility and market alignment
• Oversee product launches
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback
• Product Reverse Engineering
• Value Engineering
• Monitoring and execution of new product launch
• Knowledge on Product Management Software

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Design, Product Design or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in design engineering or a related field, preferably in furniture manufacturing / Automotive Car Seating Industry
• Strong skills in CAD software, such as Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, or SketchUp.
• Ability to design and develop innovative furniture products that meet customer requirements and manufacturing capabilities.
