Job Description :

We are looking for a Network Support Engineer - Routing & Switching with hands-on experience in telecom/ISP environments. The role involves troubleshooting network connectivity issues, supporting broadband and fiber services, analyzing network performance, and providing excellent customer support through voice interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls related to network and connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot routing, switching, broadband, fiber, modem, router, and ONT-related problems.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving TCP/IP, DNS, LAN, and WAN environments.
• Analyze network alarms, diagnostics, and performance parameters to identify root causes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and field technicians for timely issue resolution.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, customer satisfaction, and operational performance metrics.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience through effective communication and problem resolution.

Required Skills

Minimum 2 years of experience in Telecom/ISP support

Strong knowledge of Routing & Switching concepts

Hands-on understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, LAN/WAN

Experience with broadband, fiber, routers, modems, and ONT devices

Network troubleshooting and fault isolation skills

Strong verbal communication and customer handling skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Customer de-escalation and problem-solving capabilities

Good to Have

• Experience in Telecom or ISP support environments
• Remote network troubleshooting experience
• Knowledge of NPS, CSAT, and FCR metrics
• Exposure to sales or upselling practices
• Experience supporting international customers
