Hiring | Network Engineer | No Notice Period | Pune

We are looking for a Network Monitoring Engineer with hands-on experience in enterprise network monitoring, performance management, and network security tools. The ideal candidate should be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing network infrastructure while ensuring high availability, reliability, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage ManageEngine OpManager for network monitoring and performance management.
• Implement and optimize Firewall Analyzer for firewall monitoring, reporting, and security analysis.
• Utilize NetFlow for traffic analysis, bandwidth utilization, and capacity planning.
• Manage Network Configuration Manager (NCM) for configuration backup and compliance management.
• Support and administer CheckMK, Smarts, and NMMI monitoring solutions.
• Monitor network health, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive solutions to improve performance.
• Create and maintain network monitoring documentation, processes, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless monitoring and integration across network environments.
• Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives to reduce incident resolution time (MTTR).
