Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
• Explain and promote mutual fund investment products.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and earn performance-based incentives.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers can apply.
• Good communication skills required.
• Versant Level 4 or equivalent communication proficiency.
• Candidates should be comfortable with outbound calling and sales.
• NISM Certification is mandatory for the role.

NISM Certification

• Training will be provided.
• Required NISM test will be conducted.
• NISM Certificate will be provided upon successful completion of the examination.

Salary & Incentives

• Up to 22,000 In-Hand
• Up to 23,000 CTC
• Attractive performance-based incentives

Working Hours

• Shift 1: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Shift 2: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Sunday Fixed Off

Transportation

• Centralized Pick-up & Drop facility available from Thane Station through ETPL.
