Hiring Mobile Application Manager (iOS & Android)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Application Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable mobile applications across both iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in native and/or cross-platform mobile development along with team management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end mobile application development for iOS and Android platforms
• Manage and mentor a team of mobile developers
• Define mobile architecture, coding standards, and best practices
• Collaborate with Product, UX, Backend, and QA teams
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and app security
• Drive app releases on App Store and Google Play Store
• Review code and ensure quality standards
• Handle customer-driven feature enhancements and production issues
• Monitor app performance, crash analytics, and user feedback

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in iOS (Swift / Objective-C)
• Strong experience in Android (Kotlin / Java)
• Experience in cross-platform frameworks (Flutter / React Native) preferred
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, third-party integrations
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps
• Understanding of app store deployment process
