Manager Finance (AR, DSO & Controllership)

Role purpose: Drive sustainable DSO and working-capital improvement while acting as a key support to the Controller.

Key responsibilities (approximately 50% DSO & Working Capital):

• Own DSO reduction initiatives across pre-invoicing, billing, approvals and collections.
• Coordinate Billing, Collections, BDM/business teams and Finance to resolve blockers.
• Drive ageing reviews, collection discipline, escalations and closure of billed/unbilled AR issues, including PO and timesheet sign-off delays.
• Establish clear SLAs, ownership, visibility and follow-through across the order/service-to-cash cycle.
• Identify structural bottlenecks and implement lasting process improvements.

Key responsibilities (approximately 50% Controllership & Strategic Projects):

• Support the Controller across finance and controllership initiatives.
• Monitor month-end close, GL closing, reconciliations and related financial controls.
• Lead cross-functional finance projects and process-improvement initiatives.
• Build robust MIS, controls and operating rhythms to identify exceptions early and drive closure.
• Gradually assume broader controllership responsibilities.
