We are looking for an experienced Legal professional for a confidential opportunity with a leading and reputed organization in the financial services sector.

Key Requirements

• 810 years of post-qualification legal experience
• Strong experience in Securities Law and Capital Markets
• Good knowledge of SEBI regulations and applicable regulatory framework
• Experience in corporate legal matters
• Exposure to litigation management
• Strong experience in contract drafting and review
• Experience in regulatory compliance
• Candidates from Stock Exchanges, Financial Services, Banking, NBFCs, Investment Banking, or Regulatory Organizations would be preferred
