Hiring Macro data reporting For Lower Parel

We are looking for a Data Reporting Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Advanced Excel, Macros/VBA, and data reporting. for LOWER PAREL LOCATION

The candidate will be responsible for preparing, automating, and maintaining periodic reports, handling large datasets, and improving reporting efficiency through Excel-based automation.

Basic exposure to Power BI is required. Advanced Power BI development experience is not mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS/data reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Develop, modify, troubleshoot, and maintain Excel Macros/VBA for reporting automation.
• Automate repetitive reporting activities to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
• Work with large datasets from multiple sources and perform data cleaning, validation, consolidation, and reconciliation.
• Build and maintain advanced Excel-based reports and dashboards.
• Use Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, Lookups, conditional formulas, and advanced Excel functions for analysis and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline existing reporting processes.
• Perform data quality checks and ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports.
• Understand business reporting requirements and translate them into structured reports.
• Create and maintain basic Power BI reports/dashboards when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for data inputs, reporting requirements, and issue resolution.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel
• Strong hands-on experience in Excel Macros/VBA
• Excellent knowledge of:
• Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts
• XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP
• INDEX-MATCH
• IF and nested formulas
• SUMIFS/COUNTIFS
• Data validation and conditional formatting
• Data cleaning and consolidation
• Experience in MIS/Data Reporting and report automation
• Ability to work with large volumes of data
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Power BI Requirement

Beginner/basic-level Power BI experience is sufficient.

Candidate should have basic knowledge of:

• Importing and transforming data
• Creating simple reports and dashboards
• Basic visualizations
• Filters and slicers
• Basic understanding of Power Query/DAX would be an advantage

Note: Power BI is a secondary skill for this position. The primary requirement is strong, practical, hands-on experience in Excel Macros/VBA and data reporting.

Preferred Experience

• Experience: 2 To 5 years in MIS, reporting, data analysis, or a similar role
• Prior experience automating reports using Excel VBA/Macros
• Experience working in a corporate/client reporting environment
• Basic understanding of reporting KPIs and dashboarding
