Role & responsibilities

• 1+ years of experience in the staffing/recruitment industry only
• Handle end-to-end leadership hiring across the manufacturing and engineering sectors or any other sector.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, databases, and other channels.
• Manage candidate and client coordination from requirement understanding to interview and offer closure.
• Build and maintain a strong leadership talent pipeline for critical positions.
• Ensure hiring within defined TATs and quality expectations.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
