Hiring Lead

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for hospital and healthcare positions, including doctors, nurses, allied healthcare professionals, pharmacists, technicians, and administrative staff.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, recruitment agencies, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, certifications, and suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with department heads, medical directors, and management teams.
• Verify candidate credentials, licenses, certifications, references, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future healthcare staffing needs.
• Prepare and negotiate job offers in line with company policies and budget approvals.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining quality hiring standards.
• Maintain recruitment databases, candidate records, and hiring reports.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, including documentation, medical tests, and joining formalities.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, labor laws, and organizational policies.
• Build relationships with medical colleges, nursing institutes, and healthcare professionals to support talent acquisition initiatives.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and hiring effectiveness.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing activities to attract healthcare talent.
• Collaborate with department managers to understand workforce planning and staffing requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA in Human Resources (HR) or equivalent qualification.
• Female candidates preferred.
• Age: 35 years and above.
• Minimum 810 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the healthcare/hospital sector.
• Strong understanding of healthcare recruitment processes and industry requirements.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets within deadlines.
• Willing to relocate and work from Vytila, Ernakulam, Kerala.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
