Required Skills

• CCNA course completion/certification
• Hands-on experience in Networking Switching & Routing
• Experience handling NOC tickets and network alerts
• Basic knowledge of Racking, Stacking & Network Cabling
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
