Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end to end recruitment, screening and identify the candidate as per client requirement
• Source the Candidate through Job Portals, Job posting site, References Generating
• Explain the requirement of the company, explain the job profile
• Developing and Implementing recruiting plans and strategies, striving to bring in the best people to fill company needs

Ideal Candidate:

• Must have excellent Communication skills
• Ability to assess candidates technical ability; identify and match candidates behavioural traits
• Self-starter, motivated and detailed/results oriented
• Creative and resourceful to provide solutions to both the sales force and clients
• Strong organizational skills
• Target Oriented
• Team player
