Hiring It Recruiter- Freshers (Location- Bangalore)

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic freshers to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are interested in building a career in IT Recruitment. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process and hiring talented IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn.
• Screen resumes based on skillset, experience.
• Conduct initial HR screening and interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Required skills

• Any graduate/postgraduate degree.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic understanding of technical roles is an advantage.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Eager to learn and adapt to recruitment tools and processes.
