Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented C2H Recruiter with 1–10 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in hiring contract resources for leading clients, managing multiple requirements, and delivering quality candidates within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and social media platforms.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, communication, and project experience.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Negotiate salary/rates, notice period, and joining timelines.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of active and passive candidates.
• Ensure timely closures while meeting recruitment KPIs and SLAs.
• Work closely with Account Managers, Delivery Teams, and Clients to understand hiring requirements.
• Track candidate status and maintain accurate records in ATS/Recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates until onboarding and ensure a smooth joining process.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool for recurring technology requirements.

Required Skills

• 1 to 10 years of experience in IT Recruitment with strong exposure to C2H hiring.
• Hands-on experience in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, and other job portals.
• Experience hiring across technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, SAP, Salesforce, Data Engineering, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps, QA, Full Stack, and Infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of contract staffing and vendor hiring processes.
• Excellent screening, interviewing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Experience working with IT Services, Staffing, or Consulting organizations.
• Ability to manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.
