Hiring - IT Infrastructure Head

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, virtualization, networking, and end-user computing.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of IT systems across multiple locations.
• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of on-premises and cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or hybrid environments).
• Administer Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Manage enterprise networking components such as LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, switches, routers, and load balancers.
• Oversee backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning and execution.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity controls, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, and compliance with organizational security policies.
• Lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Monitor infrastructure health using enterprise monitoring tools and ensure timely incident resolution.
• Manage IT asset lifecycle, software licensing, vendor relationships, and annual infrastructure budgets.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, SOPs, documentation, and governance standards.
• Collaborate with application, security, and business teams to deliver reliable IT services.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the infrastructure support team while driving operational excellence.
• Ensure SLA compliance and continuous improvement of IT service delivery.
