Hiring IT Head

Stanley Group is seeking a dynamic technology leader to drive IT Infrastructure, Operational Technology, and enterprise-wide Transformation Programs. You will lead complex, high-risk change initiatives and deliver scalable, secure, and integrated business solutions that align IT capabilities with our strategic growth objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Driving IT Infrastructure, Operational Technology and Transformation Programs across different regimens involving risk, complexity and huge change management exercise.
• Good experience in SAP Implementation and IT Operations
• Delivering IT solutions based on best practices that focus on the people, process, technology & information perspectives of providing integrated organization wide business solutions within the IT infrastructure.
• Governing SLAs, safeguarding timely closure of priority tickets, resolving escalations, migrating systems to upgraded versions to maximize efficiency.
• Recommending & implementing service improvements to create improved efficiency and effectiveness
• Mapping requirements from stakeholders, partners, service providers, vendors, 3rd party suppliers; developing, transitioning & customizing the processes; offering comprehensive & innovative solutions in line with guidelines specified by the client.
• Exposure to implementation of SAP/ ZOHO/Digitalisation/Design Software is must.
• Facilitating the overall network & security governance structure through the implementation of a hierarchical governance program.
• Setting up Networking & Security and Business Continuity Management (BCM) function ground up aligning with business goals.
• Training & educating the IT & supporting business teams of the process expectations and methodology to ensure that all intended support personnel understand and implement the process.
• Promoting & supporting effective team working through strong communication and regular team meetings
• fostering healthy working environment; guiding, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations.
• Expertise in S/4HANA, ECC 6.0, SAP B1, BI/BO, and integration with MM, SD, PP, QM, FI/CO, PS.

Requirements:

• Should have 15 years experience in Project Implementation and Delivery.
• Should be a B.E in CS / IT, MCA ,BCA.
• Exposure to implementation of SAP / ZOHO or CRM Software / Digitalisation / Design Software is must.
• Should have led 10-15 Tech Team Members.
