Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented IPD / TPA Executive to join our team at Artemis Hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle IPD billing and TPA (Third Party Administrator) desk operations.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and TPAs for cashless hospitalization approvals.
• Process pre-authorization requests, enhancement approvals, and final discharge approvals.
• Verify patient insurance documents and policy details.
• Coordinate with the medical, billing, and insurance teams for smooth patient discharge.
• Follow up on pending approvals and ensure timely claim documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with hospital billing procedures.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline; relevant qualifications preferred.
• Experience in IPD billing, TPA desk, insurance coordination, or hospital operations preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of cashless insurance processes and hospital billing procedures.
