Location: Fort, Churchgate, Mumbai
Experience: 34 Years Post-CA Qualification
CTC: Up to 18 LPA
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Gender Preference: Male

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct risk assessments and evaluate internal control frameworks.
• Review compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Analyze financial accounting records and reporting processes.
• Assess business processes and operational controls to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate and execute internal audit assignments in line with audit methodologies and regulatory requirements.
• Handle TDS and GST compliance, filings, and related reconciliations.
• Work on audits of Listed Companies, Public & Private Limited Companies, and Trusts.
• Prepare audit reports, observations, and recommendations for management.
• Maintain organized client documentation and audit working papers.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of assignments and deliverables.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, accounting standards, and internal audit best practices.
• Ensure adherence to the firm's policies, procedures, and professional standards.

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• 34 years of post-qualification experience in Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, or Assurance.
• Strong understanding of Internal Controls, Risk Management, Compliance, and Financial Reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Tally, Oracle, and SAP.
• Working knowledge of TDS, GST, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Experience in handling audits of listed entities and corporate clients.
• Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments within deadlines.

Working Details:

• Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• 1st, 3rd & 5th Saturdays: Work From Home
• 2nd & 4th Saturdays: Off
• All Sundays: Off
