Hiring Intern For IT Technical Recruiter- Only Female -Remote

Your Day-to-Day Role & Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and connect with potential candidates through professional cold calling and candidate outreach for open positions.
• Demonstrate strong cold-calling and communication skills to approach candidates, understand their profiles, and identify suitable opportunities.
• Make a good number of candidate calls each day, follow up with interested candidates, and maintain regular communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Review and screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who match the required skills and job specifications.
• Conduct initial candidate interactions and shortlist suitable profiles for further evaluation.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth communication.
• Work closely with the HR team to understand hiring requirements and support the recruitment process effectively.
• Maintain a professional and positive candidate experience through regular communication and timely updates.
• Maintain candidate details, calling records, and recruitment trackers using Microsoft Excel.
• Support the team in achieving daily recruitment and candidate engagement goals.

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate B.Tech/ B.E, B.Sc, BCA, B.com or any other equivalent degree
• Good to have Internship experience into recruitment
• Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong management skills
