Hiring Interior Designer/Senior Interior Designer - Luxury Residential

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead interior design projects from concept development to execution.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into thoughtful, functional design solutions.
• Develop layouts, moodboards, material palettes, 3D views and detailed working drawings.
• Present concepts and designs confidently to clients.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and site teams to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables and design quality.
• Guide and mentor junior designers.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in interior design, preferably in premium/luxury residential projects.
• Strong design sensibility, spatial understanding and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape or other relevant 3D visualisation tools.
• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and detailing.
• Strong communication, presentation and client-handling skills.
• Ability to independently manage projects from concept to execution.
• A creative thinker with a passion for creating distinctive, refined spaces.
