Hiring Instrumentation Maintenance Technician For Nagpur location

We are hiring Instrumentation Maintenance Technician for Our client chemical manufacturing plant for Amravati Road , Nagpur location

Job Role

To carry out installation, calibration, preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of field instruments and control systems in a chemical manufacturing facility, ensuring reliable process control and safe plant operations.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Execute effective preventive maintenance of chemical processing plant and equipment with safe working practices.
• Predictive & Condition Monitoring Maintenance Experience.
• Manage installation and troubleshooting sensors, flowmeters, transmitters, etc..
• Support automation and control systems, executes connections on PLC I/O, calibrations, software configuration
• Manage instrument calibration test bench and Instrument workshop activities and repair, capable of taking measurements of spares and modifications
• Perform effective preventive and breakdown maintenance of instrumentation systems and field devices.
• Ensure proper functioning and calibration of instruments used in process operations.
• Proficient in the use of calibration equipment, testing instruments, and maintenance tools.
• Knowledge of Kaizen, Poka Yoke in day to day operation of maintenance work.
• Knowledge of safe working practices in environments handling hazardous acids (e.g., HCl, HSO, Nitric Acid, Acetic acid etc).
• Working experience in hazardous industry zone 0, zone 1 will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification:

• ITI in Instrument Mechanic / Instrumentation Trade or Diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering, or equivalent.

Experience:

• 6 -8 years of experience in Chemical, Petrochemical, Paint, Steel, Pharmaceutical, Fertilizer, or other Process Industries.
• Experience in instrumentation maintenance of hazardous chemical processing plants will be highly preferred.
