Roles and Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new products or features in production environments.
• Conduct UAT testing and debugging to ensure seamless integration of software components.
• Provide technical support during product launches, troubleshooting issues, and resolving customer complaints.
• Participate in maintenance activities such as monitoring system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing processes.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in product implementation, maintenance, or related field.
• Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and best practices.
• Proficiency in implementing and maintaining complex software systems using various technologies (e.g., Java).
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
