Roles and Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new software solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Conduct user training sessions to educate stakeholders on the usage and benefits of implemented solutions.
• Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities to ensure that developed products meet customer requirements.
• Provide post-implementation support to resolve any issues or bugs identified during testing.

Job Requirements :

• 2-4 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
• Strong understanding of implementation and integration projects.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
