Hiring II AUM Director II Mumbai

Seeking a senior professional with 10+ years of experience in Asset Management, ERP platforms, and data transformation. The role will lead AUM, Capital Raise, and Revenue Reporting modernization by migrating legacy processes to a Data Lakehouse platform, establishing data governance, automating reporting, and integrating ABOR/IBOR data into a single source of truth.

Location - Mumbai

Shift - 13:00 to 22:00 (WFO)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AUM reporting, roll-forward processes, capital raise analytics, and revenue-to-AUM reconciliation.
• Drive migration from spreadsheets and legacy tools to a Data Lakehouse platform.
• Establish data governance, master data management, reporting controls, and certification frameworks.
• Integrate ABOR, IBOR, ERP, market data, and data warehouse platforms for unified reporting.
• Partner with Finance, Fund Accounting, Investment Operations, Distribution, Technology, and Data teams.
• Lead large-scale transformation programs, stakeholder governance, and change management initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Asset Management, Investment Operations, Fund Administration, or Financial Services.
• 5+ years leading ERP, data modernization, or business transformation programs.
• Strong expertise in AUM, Capital Raise, Revenue Reporting, Fund Structures, ABOR/IBOR, and Investment Accounting.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday), Data Lakehouse/Data Warehouse environments, Data Governance, MDM, and Reporting Automation.
• Preferred: MBA, CA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent qualification.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and program delivery experience.
