About this Role

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) works closely with the Senior HRBP and business leaders to deliver the people agenda for the designated business function. This role provides expert guidance across a broad range of HR activities and supports strategic workforce plans that enable longterm organisational success. The individual acts as a trusted partner to managers, ensuring that people decisions positively influence business performance and align with organisational values.

What you will do

• Provide guidance and support across core HR processes including Resourcing, Performance and Talent Management, International Mobility, Monthly Headcount Reporting, Budgeting, and the Annual Reward Review.
• Apply best practice knowledge to contribute to the development of future organisational capabilities.
• Understand business priorities and advise leaders on peoplerelated decisions that contribute to positive commercial outcomes.
• Foster strong, collaborative relationships with management teams and act as a connector between the business and HR Centres of Expertise.
• Lead and support transformation initiatives designed to enhance organisational, team and individual effectiveness.
• Communicate effectively to empower managers in driving engagement and sustaining the organisations culture and values.
• Identify people or processrelated trends, recommend improvements, and ensure adherence to the agreed HR agenda.
• Promote an inclusive culture and champion the HR operating model.
• Provide informal guidance to junior HR team members when required.
