Hiring HR Operations Intern - Unpaid

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Talent Acquisition: Assist in job posting, resume screening, sourcing candidates via LinkedIn & job portals, and scheduling interview rounds.
• Candidate Management: Coordinate with candidates throughout the interview pipeline, ensuring a professional candidate experience.
• Onboarding Support: Help prepare documentation, orientation materials, and assist with smooth onboarding for new hires.
• Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing internal activities, team-building initiatives, and employee engagement drives.
• HR Operations & Records: Maintain employee databases, track attendance/leave logs, and assist with routine HR administrative duties.
• Policy & Compliance: Support the HR team in reviewing policies, drafting operational HR templates, and preparing summary reports.
