Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee end-to-end human resource functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, ensuring statutory compliance, driving employee engagement, and leading a high-performing HR team aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment support, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and exit formalities.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory and labour laws, including PF, ESI, Professional Tax (PT), CLRA, and the Shops & Establishments Act.
• Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave administration, employee records, and HR documentation.
• Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance appraisals, feedback, and development planning.
• Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives to strengthen organisational culture.
• Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting disciplinary processes, and ensuring fair implementation of HR policies.
• Prepare HR dashboards, reports, and MIS, while supporting internal and external audits with accurate documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, implement automation initiatives, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team, ensuring high levels of performance, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR support and workforce planning.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 + years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
