Hiring- HR Executive

Kozent Tec Pvt. Ltd (formerly known as Genesis Transcriptions Pvt. Ltd) is business associate of Panacea Solutions LLC having presence in US Healthcare documentation business for more than 20 years. We use cutting edge technology to help our US Healthcare Providers. We have diversified into RCM and IT support services in the recent past and have aspiring growth plan. We have been operating from Noida.

We are hiring an HR Executive / Human Resource Executive -(WFO)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer rollout
Handle onboarding and induction of new joiners
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations
Understand job requirements by coordinating closely with hiring managers.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/virtual interviews to evaluate candidates experience and suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment cycle and ensure a positive experience.
Track recruitment progress and share regular reports with stakeholders.


Required Skills:

6 months -1 year of HR experience in a corporate Manpower consultancy (Technical Recruitment)
Knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Work Location- Noida Sector-3
No. of Positions- 5
Shifts - 12pm-9pm (Mon-Fri)
Joining Time- Immediate

Interview Timings- 4pm-8pm (Monday- Friday)
