Job Description

NLB Healthcare is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Healthcare Recruiter Interns to join our team in Noida, Sector 62. The internship will provide hands-on experience in healthcare recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and international recruitment projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for healthcare recruitment projects.
• Connect with nurses and other healthcare professionals through calls and online platforms.
• Explain job opportunities, eligibility criteria, and recruitment processes to candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Support the recruitment team in achieving hiring targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Graduation or MBA (HR/Marketing preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.
• Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and the healthcare industry.
