Job Title: Head Tendering & Bid Management

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tendering and bid management for PMC, QA/QC, HSE, Third-Party Inspection, Design Review, and infrastructure projects.
• Identify business opportunities and evaluate tenders for commercial viability, risks, and compliance.
• Drive bid strategies, pricing, commercial negotiations, and timely tender submissions.
• Develop tendering SOPs, governance processes, and Bid-to-Win strategies to maximise business growth.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to strengthen the tender pipeline and business acquisition.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the tendering team while ensuring effective risk management and compliance.

Qualification: Bachelors degree, preferably in Civil Engineering. MBA in Marketing, Project Management, or Business Management preferred.

Experience: 15+ years in tendering, bid management, or business development within Infrastructure, Engineering Consultancy, PMC, EPC, Inspection, or Construction. Minimum 5 years of team leadership experience, with exposure to large-value government and private-sector tenders.
