Hiring | HCC & IPDRG Trainer | HYD

A3 RCM Healthcare is hiring an HCC & IPDRG Trainer with 1-3 years of relevant experience in medical coding/RCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training on HCC, IPDRG, ICD-10-CM/PCS and medical coding.
• Train and mentor new/existing coders.
• Prepare training materials, assessments, and practical exercises.
• Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback.
• Ensure training content aligns with current coding guidelines.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in HCC/IPDRG coding or training.
• Strong knowledge of HCC, IPDRG and medical coding.
• Hindi & Telugu Mandatory.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Prior training experience is preferred.
• Certification is advantage
