About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Integration Lead to lead integration development initiatives and contribute to solving complex business and technical challenges across the P&C insurance domain.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter integration development, integration components, APIs, web services, data mappings, and related technologies. The role involves technical leadership, development, troubleshooting, mentoring engineers, and working closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a technical lead for Guidewire PolicyCenter integration development initiatives
  • Design, develop, modify, implement, and support PolicyCenter integration components
  • Work with APIs, web services, data mappings, and integration interfaces
  • Develop and troubleshoot SOAP/REST-based integrations using XML and JSON
  • Analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
  • Participate in technical design, task planning, estimation, and scheduling
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integration solutions
  • Mentor Software Engineers and support technical skill development
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and adoption of development best practices
  • Write, modify, test, and debug software components for client applications
  • Stay current with Guidewire integration technologies and recommend appropriate technical solutions
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum development and delivery activities

Requirements:

• 7+ years of overall IT experience with strong experience in Guidewire integration development
  • Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter integration
  • Experience working with integration components, APIs, web services, and data mappings
  • Strong experience with SOAP/REST, XML, JSON, and related integration technologies
  • Experience working with P&C Insurance, including commercial and personal lines of business
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Good To Have:

• Experience with Guidewire Cloud and PolicyCenter Cloud APIs
  • Exposure to integration with other Guidewire InsuranceSuite applications
  • Experience with forms integration
  • Experience working with client-facing teams
  • Knowledge of Guidewire integration best practices
