Designation: Junior Revenue Cycle Representative Voice (Blended)

Qualification: Graduates from Commerce and Science streams only. Postgraduates, Diploma holders, and Life Science graduates are not eligible.

Shift Timings: Fixed Night Shift (Saturday and Sunday off)
Transport: Home pick-up and drop facility available.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Handle calls related to healthcare revenue cycle operations.
• Communicate with insurance payers to resolve claim-related queries.
• Update and maintain accurate information in the system.
• Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers can apply.
• Graduates from Commerce and Science streams only.
• Good English communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a fixed night shift.
• Good analytical skills and willingness to learn.

Important Notes

• Postgraduates and Diploma holders are not eligible.
  Life Science graduates are not eligible.
  Fixed night shift with Saturday and Sunday off.
