About the Role

We are hiring fresh graduates for the position of Junior Revenue Cycle Representative Data (Backend). This role involves processing healthcare-related payment information, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting revenue cycle operations through backend processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post electronic and manual payments received from insurance payers into the system.
• Process payment adjustments accurately as per company guidelines and policies.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy while handling data and transactions.
• Ensure timely and error-free completion of assigned tasks.
• Follow process standards and quality guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers can apply.
• Graduates from Commerce and Arts streams only.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication skills.

Important Notes:

• Candidates with B.Tech, B.Pharm, MBA, M.Com, M.Sc, MCA, or any other Master's degree are not eligible.
• Candidates holding any Postgraduate degree or Diploma qualification are not eligible.
• No Remote or Hybrid work option available.
• Candidates from Science streams (IT, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Analytics, etc.) are not eligible for this Day Shift role.
