Hiring GET (Production Engineer - Assembly)

Hiring GET Candiadtes responsible for managing assembly line operations, manpower planning, and delivering production as per plan while ensuring Safety, Quality and Machine efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manpower Management & Planning - Shift-wise manpower planning and ensuring proper operator arrangement on the assembly line.
2. Responsible for Safety, Quality & Machine conditions on the shop floor.
3. Responsible for delivering production as per the daily / weekly production plan.
4. Maintaining Production reports and tracking production capacity.
5. Ensuring finished goods are produced as per the defined quality protocols and customer requirements.
6. Conducting operator training and process education.

Technical Skills Required:

1. Strong knowledge of Assembly Line Operations - preferably in Sofa / Furniture / Interior / KCD Industry.
2. Knowledge of manpower training and process-wise education.
3. Ability to develop multiskilling among operators.
4. Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action).
5. Good understanding of Customer Requirements - IKEA quality standards will be an added advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: Min Diploma / BE - Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering
• Experience: 1 to 5 Years
• Age Criteria: 25 to 30 Years
• Preferred Industry: Interior, Sofas Manufacturing, KCD - Kitchen / Furniture Manufacturing
• Behavioral Skills: Polite, Positive Thinking, Good Team Handling & Communication
