Role & responsibilities

• 0 -1 Years of experience in Customer Support BPO is preferred
• Good customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
• Email and handling skills, able to articulate the requirement and coherent in communication.
• Familiarity with computer systems and basic user experience
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of responses from the customer.
• University degree or equivalent that required 3+ years of formal studies in any UG degree.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts.
• Ability to communicate (oral/written) effectively in English to exchange information with our client.
• Skills in MS Excel basics and MS Word.
