Position Details:

• Job Title: US IT Recruiter
• Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office)
• Experience: 6 Months 1 Year
• Shift Timing: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST (US Night Shift)
• Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates using job portals and LinkedIn.
• Communicate with candidates and assess their profiles.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain candidate records and learn US recruitment processes.

What We Are Looking For:

• Any graduate or postgraduate.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• BPO/KPO/RPO or recruitment experience preferred.
• Willingness to work in the US night shift.
• A strong learning attitude and interest in recruitment.
