Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented MIS Executive Fresher to support data management, reporting, and day-to-day MIS activities. The candidate will be responsible for preparing reports, maintaining data accuracy, and providing timely information to management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
  
• Collect and update data from different departments.
  
• Maintain Excel sheets, databases, and records.
  
• Verify data for accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  
• Prepare basic dashboards and performance reports.
  
• Use Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and charts.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and verification.
  
• Generate ad-hoc reports as required by management.
  
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure reports are submitted on time.
  
• Support senior team members in data analysis and reporting activities.
  

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Basic knowledge of formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and charts.
  Good analytical and numerical skills.
  Strong attention to detail.
  Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes
  

Education:
Any graduate B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Sc., or equivalent.
Suitable for:
Fresh graduates looking to start their career in MIS, Data Management, Operations, or Reporting.
